Highlights:Join an established team of physicians and CRNAs in a 280-bed nonprofit community hospital with annual surgical volumes of 8,700+ cases.Wide variety of cases with a 1:4 medical direction care team model, along with the option to handle your own cases if preferred.Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).Monday-Friday work schedule with protected time off pre/post call during the week. 10-weekend call shifts annually. Epic EMR for a seamless workflow.Financial package includes 514K total compensation, full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 40+ days PTO, annual CME allowance, 30K
